Every adjuster on our team holds an active Florida 3-20 public adjuster license. We exclusively represent policyholders in first-party property insurance claims and do not represent insurance carriers. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery, capped under Florida Statute 626.854 at 20% on standard claims and 10% on emergency or declared-disaster claims for residential property.
