Claim files and related records are retained for the period required by Florida insurance and public adjusting regulations and our professional obligations, and then securely deleted or destroyed. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full financial account numbers by unsecured email.
