Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Blueprint Insurance Claims, LLC (“Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-licensed public adjusting firm that represents policyholders in first-party property insurance claims. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, advertising, phone calls, text messages, and emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit a claim review request, contact form, or landing page form, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • ZIP code and/or property address
  • Type of damage and a description of your loss
  • Insurance carrier, policy, and claim details you choose to share
  • Photos, estimates, reports, and other claim documentation you send us
  • Your consent selections (for example, agreeing to be contacted by phone, text, or email)

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser and device type, referring source, pages viewed, and the ads or search terms that brought you to our site. We use cookies, similar storage technologies, and advertising pixels for this purpose, including:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising) — to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics — to measure which ads, keywords, and pages generate claim review requests.
  • Essential cookies needed for the website and forms to function.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and you can generally opt out of interest-based advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings or through industry opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How We Use Information

  • To contact you about your property damage claim, including returning your inquiry by phone, text, or email
  • To evaluate your loss, perform a free claim review, and schedule inspections
  • To provide public adjusting services if you engage us under a signed contract
  • To communicate with your insurance carrier, contractors, engineers, and other parties as needed for your claim
  • To measure, attribute, and improve our advertising on Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • To improve our website, service quality, and internal operations
  • To comply with legal, licensing, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact information with unaffiliated lead buyers, marketers, or insurance carriers for their own marketing purposes. Information is shared only as described in this Policy.

SMS, Call, and Email Consent

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that Blueprint may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your claim or inquiry, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any service or purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You may also ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time by calling (305) 395-6053 or emailing claims@blueprintinsuranceclaims.com. We may still contact you where necessary to service an active claim engagement or to meet a legal obligation.

Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party vendors to operate our business. These may include website and hosting providers, form and spreadsheet tools that store lead submissions, email and phone providers, electronic signature services, customer relationship and claim management software, and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us, and we ask them to protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information to your insurance carrier and to professionals working on your claim when you engage us, and to law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required by law.

Data Retention

We keep lead and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and advertising measurement. Claim files and related records are retained for the period required by Florida insurance and public adjusting regulations and our professional obligations, and then securely deleted or destroyed. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full financial account numbers by unsecured email.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law provides a higher age). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Privacy Rights (Florida, California, and Other States)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and Florida residents may exercise applicable rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights.
