Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online forms of Blueprint Insurance Claims, LLC (“Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida-licensed public adjusting firm. By using this website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the Website
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or use automated scraping tools
- Use the site or its content for any unlawful or commercial purpose without our written permission
Nothing on this website is legal advice, insurance advice, or a substitute for reading your own insurance policy.
Submitting a Form Does Not Create an Engagement
Submitting a form, calling us, texting us, or emailing us does not create a public adjuster engagement, and does not make Blueprint your representative. A public adjusting relationship is created only when you and Blueprint sign a written public adjuster contract that complies with Florida law. Until that contract is signed and accepted by us, we have no authority to act on your claim and no obligation to perform any services.
Requesting a free claim review places you under no obligation, and we may decline any matter at our discretion.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Every insurance claim depends on its own facts, the policy language, and the carrier’s conduct. We do not guarantee that a claim will be approved, reopened, supplemented, increased, or resolved within any particular timeframe or for any particular amount. Testimonials, examples, and general statements about claim results reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of your outcome.
Fees
Our compensation is governed exclusively by your signed public adjuster contract. Public adjuster fees in Florida are regulated and capped under Florida Statute 626.854 — generally up to 20% of the insurance claim payment on standard claims, and up to 10% of the payment on claims arising from events that are the subject of a declared state of emergency, subject to the statute’s conditions and any later amendments. We charge nothing upfront, and any fee described on this website is a summary only; the signed contract controls.
Communications
If you provide your phone number and consent, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry or claim, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, page layouts, and the Blueprint Insurance Claims name and marks — is owned by Blueprint or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content, or use our marks, without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to third-party websites and tools, including electronic signature and scheduling platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). This section does not limit any obligations set out in a signed public adjuster contract, and does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Florida law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blueprint harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
